One agreement. One owner.
We take responsibility for your servers and cloud services, at a level of service you choose: Standard, Extended or Premium.
When everyone looks after the servers a little, nobody looks after them at all.
In many companies the platform is kept alive by whoever has time. Updates wait, permissions are given and never taken back, and nobody has tried to restore the backup.
A managed services agreement puts all of it in one place. We run the platform on Azure or on Linux in Europe, and the agreement states how fast we respond.
What we deliver.
- Run Windows servers on Azure and Linux servers in European data centres under one agreement.
- Patch operating systems and services on a fixed rhythm.
- Take encrypted backups and prove the restore on a schedule.
- Handle new users, leavers and permission changes.
- Respond within the level of service you choose, up to 24/7 with a 30-minute response.
How it works.
- Choose
- Pick Standard, Extended or Premium to match how critical the platform is.
- Hand over
- We map the setup, take over access and put the platform in order.
- Run
- From then on the platform has an owner, every day of the agreement.
Three levels of service.
- Standard
- The foundation: the platform has an owner. Patching, encrypted backups and restore tests. User and permission changes on request.
- Extended
- For platforms that carry more of the business. Everything in Standard. A higher level of service, with the terms set in the agreement.
- Premium
- For platforms that cannot stop. Everything in Extended. Available 24/7, every day of the year. Response within 30 minutes.
Always included.
We patch operating systems and services on a fixed rhythm, and across the whole platform when a vulnerability is published.
We take encrypted backups to a separate location and restore from them on a schedule, so the copy is proven before it is needed.
We handle new users, leavers and changes to folder permissions and access.
We keep the setup written down, from servers and scripts to who has access to what.
We respond within the level of service in the agreement, up to 24/7 with a 30-minute response on Premium.
How we take over.
- Meet
- We go through the platform, what it carries and how critical it is.
- Map
- We record servers, users, permissions and backups as they stand today.
- Agree
- You choose Standard, Extended or Premium, and the agreement names what we run.
- Take over
- We put the setup in order, and from then on it runs under the agreement.
