Northflow offers managed services agreements for Azure and Linux
Northflow Technologies now offers managed services agreements for Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Linux, in three levels of service, with data in Europe.

The agreement builds on how we already run the platforms behind our own products and our clients' systems. One client runs its Windows servers and file server on Microsoft Azure under such an agreement today.
What the service covers
On Azure, in the Denmark East region on Zealand, we operate Windows Server virtual machines and file servers, with folder permissions designed so each person sees only what they may open. We set up and configure Microsoft 365 and Entra for the licences the organisation already holds. On Linux we run Docker containers, a shared sign-in service and mail servers in Nuremberg, with databases in Frankfurt. Every night the data is encrypted and copied to our own storage in Helsinki, and the restore is tested on a schedule. Patching, user changes and permission changes are part of the agreement.
Three levels of service
The agreement comes as Standard, Extended or Premium. Premium is available 24/7 with a response within 30 minutes, for platforms that cannot stop.
Why it matters
More organisations ask where their data lives and who answers when something stops. A managed services agreement answers both: the platform has an owner, and every location is in Europe and written into the agreement.
