Windows servers that hold.
Windows Server on Microsoft Azure, file servers with permissions that hold, and Microsoft 365 and Entra set up the right way.
A shared drive is only as safe as the permissions on its folders.
Many companies run their daily work from Windows servers and shared folders. When permissions are set on the wrong layer, everyone with access to the share can open everything on it.
We run Windows servers on Azure where each person sees only the folders they may open, and we set up Microsoft 365 and Entra so sign-in and access follow the same design.
What we deliver.
- Operate Windows Server virtual machines on Azure, with accounts and remote access for every employee.
- Design folder permissions on the file server, so each person sees only what they may open.
- Map the right drives at sign-in, so people find their folders where they expect them.
- Set up and configure Microsoft 365 and Entra for the licences you already hold.
- Keep application secrets in Key Vault and back up the servers by script.
How it works.
- Map
- We write down who needs which folders, department by department.
- Set up
- Servers, accounts and permissions, checked user by user.
- Run
- Patching, backups and changes under the managed services agreement.
Three levels of service.
- Standard
- The foundation: the platform has an owner. Patching, encrypted backups and restore tests. User and permission changes on request.
- Extended
- For platforms that carry more of the business. Everything in Standard. A higher level of service, with the terms set in the agreement.
- Premium
- For platforms that cannot stop. Everything in Extended. Available 24/7, every day of the year. Response within 30 minutes.
