A server abroad answers to the law of the country it stands in and the company that owns it. For many organisations that question now comes before price and features.

We choose the location first. Servers run in Nuremberg and Falkenstein, encrypted backups go to Helsinki, and the databases for the systems we build sit in Frankfurt. Windows servers on Azure run in Microsoft's Denmark East region, in data centres on Zealand.

What we deliver.

Place every server, database and backup in a European data centre.
Keep backups in a different data centre from the servers they protect.
Encrypt every copy before it leaves the server, with a key only we hold.
Document where each kind of data is stored, so the data processing agreement can name the place.

Three levels of service.

Standard: The foundation: the platform has an owner. Patching, encrypted backups and restore tests. User and permission changes on request.
Extended: For platforms that carry more of the business. Everything in Standard. A higher level of service, with the terms set in the agreement.
Premium: For platforms that cannot stop. Everything in Extended. Available 24/7, every day of the year. Response within 30 minutes.
