Every lease means a contract to write, a signature to collect, invoices to send and a settlement at the end. When each step lives in its own tool, things slip between them.
We built one system that follows the lease from the listing to the final settlement, and it is in daily use. The rent is adjusted to the consumer price index from Statistics Norway, claims go out with KID and PDF, payments are matched against the bank and owners get their settlement.
