The biggest meeting of the year
For a club or an association, the annual meeting is where the board answers to the members. It usually means weeks of documents, lists of delegates and resolutions written up by hand. STYRA now holds all of it in one place.
What STYRA handles
The agenda, the delegates, four kinds of resolution and the meeting papers, produced as PDF. The structure follows a union club's own template, so the result looks like the papers the members already know.
Board work, start to finish
STYRA already takes a board from notice to signed minutes, with case handling and a member intranet. The annual meeting completes the year. It is one of the systems Northflow builds around how an organisation works, and then runs.
