We build and run the operating system of a rental company: units, contracts, signing, protocols, maintenance and the whole economy, with a portal for tenants.
A rental business runs on a hundred small steps.
A listing, a viewing, a contract, a deposit, a move-in protocol, rent every month, an index adjustment every year, a repair, a reminder and a settlement at the end. In most companies each step lives in its own tool.
We built one system that follows the lease through all of it, and it is in daily use. The rent is adjusted to the consumer price index from Statistics Norway, claims go out with KID and PDF, and payments are matched against the bank.
